Application procedure / Short Application form / Long Application form Application procedure 1. Fill in our website application form, and submit. 2. Within 3 working days, Peloton Pictures will confirm receipt of your application and allocate a file number to your project. 3. Within 2 working weeks, Peloton Pictures will notify the responsible producer if Peloton Pictures will, at this stage, pursue the project. 4. If Peloton Pictures wants to pursue the project, it will now request a restricted amount of hard copy information, such as proof of financing, chain-of-title contracts etc. Peloton Pictures will also conduct a first due diligence. 5. A short form agreement between Peloton Pictures and the responsible production company will be drawn up. This short form agreement will establish a formal collaboration between the two parties for a limited time. 6. Full disclosure of all relevant documents is now requested, and extensive due diligence will be conducted. 7. Together with the producer Peloton Pictures will submit all the necessary documents to acquire an official certificate to establish the project qualifies under the Belgian tax incentive. Subsequently material will be submitted to receive a tax ruling from the federal government. 8. If official certificate has been granted, and the tax ruling is positive and within the boundaries of the financial necessities towards the investors, the project will be considered part of the Peloton Package. A long form contract between Peloton Pictures and all parties involved, including but not limited to the issuing Bank, Principal Production Company, Co-producers and Completion Bond will be due for signature. 9. Peloton Pictures, together with the Responsible Producer and the issuing Bank will collect promotional material to include in the official Prospectus. 10. Investors will be invited to invest in the presented Package. 11. Providing enough investors have subscribed, production money will be released to the Responsible Production Company according to contract conditions and cash flow schedule.
