Alliances

Peloton Pictures will insist that all income generated by any picture runs via an independent Collection Agency. Peloton Pictures has approached Freeway Entertainment Ltd, a leading Collection Agency, owned by SNS Reaal Groep Holland, to structure an alliance.

Peloton Pictures believes that every picture with a budget exceeding €1.5m should be covered by a Completion Bond. A Completion Bond insures that a picture will be delivered within budget and on time.

If a picture runs into problems the Completion Bond guarantees re-payment of investment. Peloton Pictures has a provisional agreement with Film Finances Inc. the leading Completion Bond provider with offices in LA, London and Paris.

Due diligence is a very important aspect to ensure all companies involved are reputable and in good standing. Peloton Pictures has secured the legal services of the UK firm Olswang. They are hands down the leading entertainment law firm specializing in European and US co-productions.

Peloton Pictures insists on a strong relationship with the best specialists and advisors in their fields. Often their fees are higher upfront, but this is easily earned back at a later stage by the avoidance of problems.

Aside from the above, we will of course collaborate with many other firms located in Belgium on legal, accountancy and tax issues. We will again select firms with excellent reputations.
